What are we looking for ?
- Business Unit Head-Private Label Team (Personal Care/Cosmeceuticals)
- We aim to hire driven, senior folks who have built brands in the past in similar or other categories, who could come in and build the above from scratch: brand positioning, consumer insights, product portfolio, brand awareness ,etc
- Incumbent would be expected to build and lead the complete P&L of the brand,
- Will be expected to define and build his/her org while we would in tandem build an infrastructure of supporting functions (quality, sourcing, digital marketing etc) to help the scale up.
Skills we seek
- We are keen to hire smart generalist leaders with prior experience of building brands (5+ years) with ability to hire and lead a team of smart professionals.
- Someone who can think from first principles and can bring in a good balance of strategic thinking and fast execution preferably pedigree and drive to build businesses bottom up.
You are Likely to get hired if
You are senior leader with a new age DTC brand company. or a FMCG professional with 5+ years brand building experience or ex-entrepreneurs/EIRs with experience in consumer brand space.
