About the Role :
As a leader for the marketing team, this individual will be developing and implement strategies to formulate and implement marketing campaigns resulting in growth and retention objectives and also manage end-to-end strategic partnerships. The individual will also play a key role in aligning various key stakeholders from other functions and managing monthly and quarterly launch & engagement events.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of compelling creatives focused on various campaigns (online & offline both) & run the campaigns end to end
- Manage the full scope of the inbound marketing funnel to drive awareness, engagement, conversions and sales
- Maintain & update the websites
- Create a content strategy that's pertinent to the stakeholders
- Optimize campaign performance through creative testing optimization; ensure that all programs have measurable response rates, conversion rates, positive ROI and track lead generation goals.
