Manager/Assistant Manager - Finance:

- MIS Reporting: Prepare, analyze and report financial and non-financial performance for various entities and segments under the entity.

- Provide the right set of information for management to facilitate decision making and drive accuracy for monthly/quarterly reporting and information to various investor groups. Providing monthly overview to the management and incorporating business performance, positive and focus areas of each business

- Variance Analysis and Reconciliation: Conducting variance analysis and trend analysis with business reasoning for the P&L and Balance sheet movements and various reconciliations on the expenses part with business team MIS

- Cash flow Reporting: Weekly and monthly cash flow reporting and co-ordination with city finance leads for weekly TB inputs and finalisation of cash flow and working capital position for B2C business

- Ad-hoc reporting and Analytics Skills: Networking and inter-personal skills- Teamwork and collaboration with cross functional leads- Strong analytical skills & reflexes- Financial modelling skills- High process orientation- Time management skills and perseverance. Evaluate and report operational KPIs evaluation and Reporting on monthly basis for Logistics and CX- operations.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Desirable experience : 3-5 years relevant experience

- CA qualified only

- Fire in belly to learn, perform, challenge status Quo, benchmark best practices, identify gaps & create mitigation plan Proactive in anticipating the management requirement and delivery of the same without follow ups.

- Strong presentation & communication skills, Strong in MS Excel and PPT skills

- Work independently with minimal oversight

- Ability to perform at fast pace in high pressure environment and ambiguous situations

- Working knowledge of Accounting principles and practical implementation
