Work location : Mumbai - Ghatkopar - On site.
Qualification : MBA in HR
Working Days : 6 Days (Mon to Sat)
Skills Required :
- HR Business partnering
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills - ability to prepare and analyze reports, translate data into recommendations and take appropriate action to achieve desired business results
- Should have handled approx. 500 employee strength in the past.
Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To :
Employee Engagement :
- Manage end to end employee life cycle including onboarding for new joiners, confirmation, attendance, grievance handling, employee relations and employee separation.
- Manage Attrition ; Initiatives to be driven at the organization level to control attrition.
- Coordinate employee initiatives (engagement surveys, team assessments, exit interviews), analysis and action planning for Assigned verticals.
- Lead interventions (like grievance resolution, disciplinary action, special projects) to enhance employee engagement.
Business Partnership :
- Support the people managers in terms of key people management decisions like identifying team member needs (skill, deployment, rewards etc.), suggesting resolution mechanisms.
- Preparing business case to support recommendations and facilitating employee-based interventions; facilitating change management processes
HR Operations :
- Partner with HR Operations to deliver effective and seamless day to day management of employee lifecycle
- Ensure on-time functional deliverables, compliance of HR operations, prepare the report on effectiveness
