PharmaSecure - Associate Product Manager

PharmaSecure is recruiting Associate Product Manager based in its New Delhi, India office.

Overview of Role:

The Associate Product Manager will be an integral part of the Product Management team and will have a very critical role in the development of PharmaSecure's product line. He / she will assist in the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with technical, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. He/she will also be responsible for operations related to the life cycle management of all segment products.

Responsibilities:

- Updating technology team on upcoming products and market scenario.

- Analyze and develop requirements which enhance existing products and also meet client expectations.

- Hands on experience with direct customer interfacing for requirement analysis.

- Stay up to date with in the industry trends via publications, articles and attending conferences.

- Represent the voice of the consumer at each step in the development lifecycle and manage consumer feedback to identify areas for services and systems improvement.

- Gather detailed functional requirements and create product requirement documentation (PRDs) and other documents to support rapid development and effectively manage trade-offs between costs/schedules versus customer benefits.

- Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live .

- Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed describing product features in a product release note.

- Addressing any issues immediately to maintain quality.

- Publishing status reports and metrics on a monthly basis.

- Liaison with Technology Operations team to ensure issue resolution.

- Maintain and develop effective operational relationships with vendors, ensuring focus on quality and timely deliverable.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in product management preferably in IT sector

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- BE / B. Tech. (MBA preferred)

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Excellent attention to detail, quality and control.
