Product Manager

Job Description :

- Translate market requirement into detailed product requirements and prototype

- Develop product road-map for next 2-3 years based on market and technological trend

- Responsible to drive the development team towards designing, developing and upgrading products

- Iterate with software development team to facilitate sessions and evolve stories throughout grooming lifecycle

- Pro active management of Product backlog and Host backlog

- Responsible for end to end product management - Ownership of delivery of upgraded product versions

- Lead development team to encourage innovation and overall growth

Desired Candidate Profile :

You will be a great fit in this group if you have :

Experience : 4-5 years of experience in Product management, 3 or more years of experience in managing software products preferably SaaS based product (Web and Mobile applications)

- A strong technical background - BS in Computer Science with significant hands-on experience building technology products is preferred. We are looking for quality (not quantity) of experience. MBA is a plus

- Good communication and coordinating skills to ensure various teams get clear understanding Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, etc.

- Experience managing an agile product backlog

- A keen sense of business - The ability to understand market trends and consumer requirements, build business cases to justify your analysis, and design and prioritize features to fit the market needs

- Leadership - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
