We support our clients' needs in Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Hospital business units, and we have managed portfolios in the Biologics space, Branded Pharmaceuticals, Generics, APIs, Diagnostics, and Packaging & Delivery Systems.

Introduction: We have multiple open roles in our Commercial Strategy and Operations (CSO) practice and are looking for candidate(s) with 5-8 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Incentive Compensation (IC) analytics domain. The candidate(s) should have strong analytical capabilities and can provide data driven solutions to our global pharma clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand business requirements, operating business rules, data, and underlying processes to communicate results to clients.

- Provide Incentive Compensation analytics support to clients on various high complex and sensitive sales force Incentive Operations (Plan Design, Goal Setting, IC administration, and IC reporting).

- Facilitating data enabled decision making for clients by providing and communicating insights & recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analytics.

Understand Pharma commercial data sets like DDD, NPA, NSP, APLD, Rx, SP, SD, Call activity, internal CRM data etc. and can triangulate data from multiple sources that drives commercial effectiveness.

- Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.

- Be proactive in planning; anticipate change and act in accordance; drive meticulous implementation of team goals and metrics.

- Collaborate with onshore team/client for day-to-day project activities and guide team, delegate tasks, and take accountability of end-to-end engagement management.

- Maintain process assets (SOPs, Checklists, BRDs, Process Maps etc.) and establish best practices.

- Coach and mentor team members for higher responsibilities.

- Provide input into performance appraisal of team members and manage their career development.

- Collaborate with HR function on talent acquisition and retention to foster India office growth.

Qualifications:

- MBA / B Pharma / M Pharma - Life Sciences academic background or

- B Tech / BE / M Tech / ME - Engineering academic background.

- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in IC Analytics & IC Reporting and leading techno-functional teams for delivery of IC engagements

- Preferred working experience with life sciences clients and Incentive Compensation Delivery.

- Experience in other commercial strategy and operations processes like Targeting, Segmentation, Sales force Sizing & Structuring, Call Planning, Territory Alignment, Field Reporting etc. will be added advantage.

- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.

- Strong oral and written communication with storyboarding skills.

- Strong SQL, Excel, MS-Office skills (PowerPoint).

- Business sense and good eye for detail.

- Strong learning agility and analytical mindset.

- Flexibility in terms of approach and availability to cater to client needs.
