Your key responsibilities
- Conducting Assessment of client current practices around sales operations, marketing, distribution etc
- Support in Business Development and Asset Building, thought Capital Enhancement activities
- Training and building capability of client employees in the areas of customer practices
- Liaising with and advising clients across multiple industries at a senior management level for large multi-location global organizations
- Develop, execute, and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams

- Ability to connect strategic goals of a company in customer domain of a company through sales and marketing excellence methodologies.
- Conducting Assessment of client sales and marketing operations footprint
- Proficient in concepts and application of Operational Excellence methodologies
- Develop, execute, and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in your functional area of customer transformation. Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offering that may assist current customer base.
- Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process.
- Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- BE/B.Tech & MBA (from a premier institute) with a good academic background
- Approx. 3 years of recent consulting experience
- Experience in projects focusing on customer value chain in large pharma in India will have added advantage though not mandatory
