PROFILE : PHARMA CALL PLANNING
Designation : Different levels are open (All Senior)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Worked in analytics firm or consulting firm. AT least 3-4 years- experience in executing call plan for pharmaceutical clients. SME in call plan.
- Knowledge of call plan cycle - starting from segmentation, alignment, workload optimization, sizing
- Up to date on new call plan strategies and can recommend or design new call plan models
- Preferable if knowledge of recent analytical approaches in call plan design
- Pharma domain and data experience
- Good communication, project planner
- Understand SAS and SQL and can review the code and output that team generates and modify
Basic Knowledge AND Experience on :
1. IMS Plan Track and DDD data.
2. Detail and Call Activity
3. Physician Segmentation, Targets, Rep Roster, Physician Alignment and Rep alignment
4. Optimal Calls Calculation (using optimization model or as per business logic).
5. Rep Reach and Capacity utilization
Working Experience on:
1. Complex business rules needed to be implemented in the Call Plans
2. Both account level and physician level Call Plans had to be built
3. The optimization approach involved both promotion response modeling and retention response modeling as well as business rule compliance
4. Implementation of call plans if there is a change in sales teams.
5. Call plan that maximized coverage of the opportunity for the new drug without negatively impacting the rest of the company's products.
Pharma Domain experience for at least 3-4 years.
