PharmEasy - Lead Analyst

- We are looking for a Lead Analyst to drive strategic, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- This role demands a hands-on leader who can blend analytics, data science, and stakeholder collaboration to solve complex business problems.

- You will mentor a team of analysts while also contributing as an individual contributor on high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 4-5 analysts, offering mentorship, technical guidance, and project oversight.

- Partner with business and product teams to develop analytics solutions that address core business challenges.

- Build and deploy advanced analytics models and machine learning algorithms.

- Design robust data models and create insightful dashboards for various stakeholders.

- Work hands-on with tools such as SQL, Python, and visualization platforms like Metabase, Tableau, Power BI.

- Ensure end-to-end ownership of projects, from data collection and cleaning to analysis, modeling, and reporting.

- Maintain data integrity and quality across reports and models.

- Stay current with the latest developments in data science and analytics to continuously enhance team output.

- 4+ years of experience in analytics/data science, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

- Strong programming skills in SQL and Python; experience in building data models and ML solutions.

- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning concepts.
