We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Health Partnership & Alliances professional to drive business development and corporate sales for Pharmeasy's Health & Wellness products and services within a designated state. The role focuses on achieving sales and revenue targets, developing corporate partnerships, and strategizing for market growth and enhanced penetration.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Revenue Management:
Drive sales revenue and strategize for business growth under the guidance of the Regional Head. Focus on enhancing market share and achieving future growth targets.
Sales Funnel Support:
Work closely with the frontline sales team to support the closure of corporate accounts in the state.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in corporate settings, ensuring strong partnerships.
Sales Forecasting:
Set annual sales objectives by forecasting quotas, projecting sales volume, and analyzing profit margins for both new and existing products.
Market Analysis:
Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and product offerings to develop competitive sales strategies and maintain a strong market position.
Sales Methodology Development:
Design and implement effective sales cycles and methodologies, analyzing their impact on overall sales performance.
Client Engagement:
Increase product awareness among existing corporate clients through digital marketing campaigns and onsite initiatives.
Corporate Partnerships:
Establish new corporate and insurance partnerships to promote and sell healthcare products and wellness services.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling with corporate clients, insurance companies, and wellness providers.
Job Requirements
Experience in Corporate Healthcare Sales:
Proven experience in selling insurance or healthcare products/services to corporate clients. Familiarity with corporate wellness teams, insurance brokers, and similar services is a plus. Willingness to travel is required.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Relationship Building:
Ability to establish relationships with CXO-level executives and decision-makers, using a top-down approach to drive sales.
Presentation Skills:
Excellent presentation skills for engaging with small groups, large audiences, or one-on-one meetings.
Pricing Strategy Knowledge:
Experience in setting competitive pricing strategies based on market dynamics and customer demands.
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to analyze sales data, manage resources, and develop effective sales plans.
Experience with Health Products/Services:
Experience selling healthcare-related products and services, such as health checks, doctor consultations, OPD wallets, vaccination programs, and more, is preferred.
