Growth Head - Phablecare

The Growth Lead will have an opportunity to build and scale company's revenue verticals and create a sustainable growth strategy.

Phable's success depends on successful implementation of all revenue pipelines and effective collaboration with the marketing and sales functions.

Responsibilities:

- Scale product offerings with an emphasis on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and speed of execution.

- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that ensures the company exceeds its revenue goals.

- Work with marketing team and maximize the effectiveness of advertising investments.

- Effective lead management to avoid any leaks and effective utilization of CRM tool for better efficiency & management.

- Use analytics effectively and accurately interpret data to enhance the customer's experience and increase revenue & CLTV.

- Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth

- Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting

- Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success

- Oversee all channel/partner development - adding new sales channels and 3rd party resellers and partners

- Drive a "lean startup" style environment of constant experimentation and learning

- Leverage customer research (quantity and quality) to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning

The Right Candidate:

The right candidate would have the intellectual fire power, energy and leadership values and be keen to make a significant impact In and on a fast-paced start up.

The ideal candidate would have 8-10 years or more in growing businesses and generating exceptional revenue growth with leading consumer goods or services organizations or startups.

In addition to a strong track record :

- consumer focus and empathy,

- comfort with numbers,

- inspire & drive teams across verticals

- an ability to channel and inspire creativity and delivery from an extended team of marketing, sales, channel partners, etc. and

- an ability to work together with a team of people with diverse skill sets in furthering company's revenue growth

The above all would define the right candidate and help him or her deliver successfully in the role.

An MBA or equivalent from a top tier school would be desirable but not essential.
