THE POSITION:
Category Growth Manager plays a vital role in establishing new business verticals and managing the growth of the organisation. This is high intensity role which will test your abilities. The role is for people who are extremely motivated and do not back out in face of insurmountable situations. Pressure to deliver on numbers will be constant and 'proving your worth' is expected daily. Fast professional and financial growth is in store for extremely zealous and hardworking individuals.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive/Execute growth & marketing campaigns for one of the business lines, focused on key metrics: revenue/GMV/profitability
2. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and take ownership right from ideation to implementation: Segment customer base on various transactional/behavioural features & design effective 'reach out' programs for them in the form of these marketing campaigns
3. Manage end to end consumer lifecycle management for Phablecare
4. Monitor customer funnel & identify new levers of growth and apply them to the business
5. Suggest new features / product innovations whenever necessary basis understanding of consumer behaviour
6. Introduce new channels or partnerships to drive growth within the business
7. Collaborate with other business units to identify cross-selling opportunities
We are looking for :
1. Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing large teams
2. Worked in a growth role in a consumer facing startup
3. Data orientation is a must
