Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of strategies and plans for new growth and improvement opportunities, and ensure their effective execution
- Establish plans to expand service area scope (both long and short term) and develop recommendations and business cases with all analyses and costings
- Lead independently initiatives on Process optimization, centralization and outsourcing , expansions and modifications
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths
- Measure program/project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and ensure that clear and concise status reports are available to the steering committee and stakeholders and that issues are escalated properly in timely manner
- Lead the establishment of the change control and configuration management processes for each program/project against agreed baseline plans and ensures it is maintained
- Lead the communication to all stakeholders, ensure support from stakeholders to ensure that expectations and program deliverables are aligned
- Ensure that the quality of deliverables is as agreed in the project plan. Agree the technical and quality strategy with appropriate members of the steering committee and ensure that regular quality reviews are established
- Lead/Participate in site reviews and governance process engaging key stakeholders, sponsors and facilitate decision making to deliver performance to the expectation
- Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines of Vizag site and global organization
- Act with integrity & influence all the tasks performed focusing on patient safety always
Preferred Qualification
- Graduation in Engineering and technology or Post graduate in Science or Technology or Business management
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the project management in handling complex and network level projects in pharma, FMCG, Service and other related industries. Preference shall be given to the candidates having experience in multi market projects with minimum of 4 years.
Other Certifications
PMP certification is preferred
