ROLE PURPOSE :
The incumbent is expected to provide HR Support to multiple commercial business units with moderate to high complexity and partner with relevant peers/stakeholders/leaders to manage all employee life cycle related processes and deliver appropriate and relevant HR advise.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Partner with the relevant managers and stakeholder, build credible relationships to drive and enable sustainable business performance
- Ensure high performance and consistent delivery of the relevant people agenda by building effective working relationships with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Ops, C&B, L&D & Talent), peers and leaders within the function.
- Provide appropriate and relevant HR advice in managing employee life cycle events and transactions, ensuring that this is aligned to the overarching HR and Pfizer philosophy and governance process.
- Manage people processes including annual performance management, talent reviews to ensure levels of capabilities and performance to meet current and future requirements of the business.
- Coach and work with people managers and leaders to proactively manage matters related to employee relations. Ensure that guidance is aligned with applicable statues and Pfizer governance process.
- Support the change management for organizational changes and provide appropriate solutions to the Business Unit
This is an Individual Contributor role.
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS :
Peers and Senior Leaders within Human Resources
Peers and Leaders from COEs across Talent, Compensation and Operations
Mid - Senior stakeholders for the assigned business units, and across functions (Legal, Finance etc.)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- MBA/Post-Graduate in HR with strong 4 to 8 years' experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience working in industries like Pharma/Healthcare, Telecom, Insurance, Alco-Bev, Insurance, Retail can apply.
- A COE stint would be an added benefit
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Demonstrated ability in managing employee relations preferred
- Good consulting and coaching skills and the ability to build strong relationships with different people across the organization.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence without authority
- Speed of execution and drive for results
- Ability to work with and influence diverse stakeholder groups, including the senior leadership team, employees from diverse cultural backgrounds/geographies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
