Category management & Brand Awareness :
- Lead the category with thought leadership and gear up business for market challenges
- New product opportunity basis market mapping and execution by liasioning with business head, supply chain, finance and technical.
- Developing long term strategy for Personal Mobility Category to be future ready in conjunction with developing technology and environment norms
- Analyzing data & insights to determine industry and consumer trends
- Segment focus on developing volume/market share
- Drive Automotive - Personal Mobility and core brands focus and portfolio rationalization to optimize volume/market share/EBITDA
- Monthly product/sku/category wise sales trend analysis and driving distribution basis co-ordination with sales, supply and procurement team
- Identify market opportunity to become formidable No.1 or 2 player in given space of category
Key Accountabilities :
- To create Brand & Product awareness
- Pricing ownership
- Understand and drive price realizations across the value chain and consumer/retailer/distributor.
- Recommendation of trade schemes and price changes basis cogs/competition price movements/revenue target
- Topline volume & bottom line EBITDA delivery for the Personal Mobility category
- Coordination with sales team for volume delivery
- Ownership and execution for schemes/pricing/EBITDA for Personal Mobility category
- Product brand communication/visibility for Personal Mobility
- Activation for Personal Mobility brands to create brand and sales impact in market
- Creating and executing segment wise communication modules for Automotive Products
- Prepare and execute category business and brand plan
- Generate Consumer insight based category plans
- Drive sales volume & profitability of portfolio as per objective
- Drive Sales volume & profitability of Focus products/pack as per objective
- Distribution/Outlet penetration for category/key products as per objective
- Driving the strategic price positioning of category as per business and brand plan
- Ensure Quality and impact of brand
Location : Mumbai (Chakala)
The person will be looking after Personal Mobility Segment i.e Two Wheeler & Four Wheeler.
