Business Development Manager - Industrial OEM/Pan India


Job Description


- Scan & analyze the Business environment

- Evaluate new business opportunities PAN India for new business development.

- Drive new business development with Key identified OEM from prospecting to offer till agreement signing

- To drive margin and volume objectives from new accounts within incubation year of operation

- Drive offer creation of product and services offerings to customer to win OEM accounts

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate In Engineering, Management degree (Preferred)

- Substantial experience in managing Business Development Roles

- Extensive knowledge of the lubricants industry would be a definite advantage. The position requires a very complete understanding and working knowledge of the Industrial market.

- The incumbent must possess excellent conceptual selling skills, which includes strong presentation skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and technical skills combined with the proven ability to successfully grow the business. Experience in Industrial Consumables Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage

- Ability to effectively net work and build relationships on a continuous basis are critical for successful performance in the position. The incumbent must possess good "business sense" to help in developing and negotiating business within the Customer portfolio.

- Self starter, some-one who can think and work independently

- Strong bias for action and performance focus.

- Minimum 6-8 years experience in Sales and Marketing of Industrial products is essential.

- The incumbent must be able to interpret different market situations and develop business development evaluations.

The individual must be project oriented and possess the ability to manage multiple / diverse projects concurrently.
