Job Description:
- Preservation & maintenance of all company secretarial records,
- Preparation of Minutes of Board Meetings & General Meetings, Drafting of various company secretarial documents, Filing of annual returns of companies', Preparation of Notice, Agenda & Minutes of Board Meetings
- To ensure all the statutory and regulatory compliances are being followed.
Additional Skills :
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Power-point)
- Comments / Instructions
- To take care of all company secretarial compliances & records
Qualification : Qualified CS
