1. Ability to Conduct the Board Meetings / AGM/ EGM etc.,
2. Hands on record keeping and stat compliances
3. Minimum 5 years of Experience in handling secretarial works for multiple companies
4. Experience in Company due diligence in case of Merger / Acquisitions will be preferred.
5. Fluency in English is Must.

7. Hands on MS office - PPT / Word / Excel / Power BI
8. Age Profile - 30-40 years
9. Ready to Serve long term based in Lagos
