Personalisation Lead
Role & Responsibility:
- Responsible for delivering personalisation of customer experiences within - personalised commerce and consumer engagement business
- Designs & executes personalisation that cover both rule-based personalisation as well as machine-learning personalisation
- Personalisation activities covers consumer segmentation, product/offer matching, next best offer, and real-time personalisation.
- Aligns and integrates consumer insights and personalization priorities and initiatives across marketing, product and technology teams.
- Integrate best of breed analytics and real-time personalisation tools and platforms that leverage all available data sources, consumer interactions and analytical insights.
- Deep dives into consumer behaviours, both on the JioPrime platforms and elsewhere, to proactively identify insights that can be used to drive preference and incremental sales for partner brands and their products and offers

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 8-10 YEARS
Candidate Qualification and skill sets:
- BE/ BTech, MBA from a premier Tier 1 institute such as IIT/IIM/ ISB/others
- 5-7 years work experience in consumer marketing analytics
- 2-3 years of experience in leading business analytics programs
- Experience in using research and market data to draw consumer insights and derive marketing plans will be preferred
- Should have hands on experience in qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis
- Statistical techniques to determine trends and patterns: Regression modelling, Segmentation, correlations etc.
- Experience of analytics/data-visualisation software e.g. Tableau, Spotfire or R-shiny
- Should have hands on experience in consumer marketing areas such as segmentation and mapping of offers
