POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team and managing the organization's office operations, including working remotely with the Personage-GLTF team. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working alongside the CEO to craft and hone the strategy for the organization and refine the business model
- Lead the annual planning process for the company
- Drive quarterly reviews to understand progress
- Work with finance teams to track results and progress of initiatives
- Help make investment decisions and learnings from the initiatives.
- Help manage the CEO in focusing time on the most impactful activities. This will involve planning quarterly objectives, bi-weekly sprint plans and daily schedules. Be a part of most of the CEO meetings, keep track of follow ups and ensure that they get done.
- Program Management of key Enterprise initiatives.
- Assist the CEO with client and prospect meetings. This will involve helping prioritize activity, creation of decks, keeping salesforce updated and administering it.
- Assisting in shareholder meeting and creating decks
- Overall organizational communication planning including townhall communication
- Work with Senior leadership across the organization to help them deliver on organizational initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO
- Support in HR Practices and building organisation culture
- Study the market & identify opportunities
- Help in making Strategy Decisions
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong project management, interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, work with and manage a broad range of stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors.

QUALIFICATION
MBA degree from a Premiere Business School
