What You'll Do:


Role: Compensation & Benefits Lead


Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analytics to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.


- Perform market research and participate in various compensation and benefits-related surveys to stay updated with industry trends.


- Manage salary/promotion data and other compensation and benefits-related operational activities to maintain accurate records.


- Present clear and accurate information in a suitable format for business use, ensuring that stakeholders can easily understand the data.


- Provide expertise in practical reporting solutions, including data visualization and graphical report design.


- Manage systems for career progression, compensation, and communication through system to streamline processes.


- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results, fostering a cooperative work environment.


- Exhibit excellent communication skills and aptitude to effectively convey information and ideas.


- Demonstrate problem-solving aptitude to address and resolve issues efficiently.


- Represent the company in external forums, showcasing the organization's commitment to excellence.


Expertise You'll Bring:


- Aptitude in problem-solving and good analytical skills. Should be able to read and interpret data promptly Represent Company in external forums.
