The role holder will be responsible for defining persistency & segmented service strategy for achieving renewal premium collection target, reducing revenue leakage & mitigating financial risk to enhance overall profitability of the organization.
It includes directing organizational efforts towards enhancing persistency by designing organization level policies & interventions which influence various business avenues.
The role is responsible to execute successful campaigns to achieve the targets of Premium & Policy for persistency.
It is also responsible to perform data mining, data interpretation, provide inputs for Persistency Campaign design and Management, create business cases, Management Summary, Business Scorecard to support the team in meeting the targets for All Proprietary channels.
- Ensure retention of surrendering / potentially surrendering customers with adequate proactive and reactive measures.
- Direct organizational stakeholders to improve persistency through effective campaign planning & seamless operations.
- Develop effective intervention across multiple customer touch points to improve customer reach and premium payment enablers.
The role will also define persistency calculation and lead indicators for persistency processes across proprietary channels.
