JOB SUMMARY
Product and Business Development for Brand Extensions (non-Alcobev)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Development: Develop Brand Extensions (Products & Services) in various categories from idea to launch in coordination with various functions
- Network Development: Develop a strong partner network of vendors, bottlers and distributors. Manage Brand Licensing Consultants and Master Franchisers
- Operations & Governance: Develop and establish systems & processes for - Sales & Operations, Compliance with Regulatory, Legal, IP, Quality and Commercial requirements
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute sales and promotion strategies for Brand extensions. Work with Distributors, Franchisees, Master Franchisers and Brand Licensing Consultants. Manage team of DSE (off-rolls). Tie up and manage Key Accounts - MOT, Institutional and HORECA.

- Brand Marketing, Region Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Financial Planning, Legal and Quality
EXTERNALLY:
- Vendors, Bottlers, Distributors, Merchandisers, Brand Licensing Consultants, Master Franchisers and Key Account Customers

PROFILE DETAILS
QUALIFICATION:
- MBA, Tier 1-2 MBA institute
EXPERIENCE (Please specify in case there are any preferred industries):
- Total 8-12 years of product/ category development & management experience with minimum last 5 years of Sales/ BD experience. FMCG background preferred particularly from non-alcoholic beverage industry. Franchise and vendor management experience will be a plus.
