1. Win @L3F through Design Innovation (Visibility and Activation)
- Understand the channel landscape, both for Point of purchase (off trade) and Point of consumption (On-trade)
- Develop and deliver design thinking principles to in-store assets and visibility actions
- Visibility asset innovation - creating clutter-breaking elements that shall drive brand choice through visibility actions that push the envelope for the category.
- Adapt Brand message to In-store Call To Action across both Points of Purchase (Off-trade) and Points of consumption (On-trade)
- Develop innovative templates of activations through ideas based on building consumer engagement and brand connect.
- Support the category teams on new ideas for consumer promotions across each brand.
2. Standardise Assets and execution across markets
- Develop and continuously evolve Portfolio planogramming principles
- Customize asset and visibility solutions across both BIO and BII portfolios.
- Drive Asset interventions in-store/ on-location basis the shopper journey and profile.
- Standardize assets across the brands with clear specifications and guidelines. (Visibility Black Book)
- Store type-wise assets and brand prioritization matrix
3. Shopper Insights and Analytics
- Understanding and building Insights around shopper missions and their behavior in-store
- Own the shopper research process - developing briefs, coordinating with the internal and external agencies, understanding and debrief to the category teams
- Converting shopper/consumer insights into actionable elements at L3F
- Build models of consumer and channel behaviors and ensure common understanding within the sales team
