About The Job :

- Looking for a Project Manager / Senior Project manager to implement LIMS. Experience in ELN is also preferred, but experience of implementation of at leat 3-4 lifecycles of LIMS is a must.

- Position is based in Mumbai.

Key areas as below :

- Engineer in Informatics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Industrial or any other related discipline. Also Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sciences (Biology, Chemistry) or related life science discipline

- Post-graduate certification/degree in Project Management

- At least 5 years of relevant experience managing projects involving software development, COTS software customizations, complex enterprise applications deployment, from inception through completion, ideally to life science customers

- Customer facing experience through project life cycles - requirements through production

- Good understanding of the software development and release life cycle

- Knowledgeable in database & systems design and enterprise systems deployment

- Demonstrated ability to build and lead multi-cultural, global teams

- Technical proficiency with general business applications such as MS Office, including Project & Visio

- Create, execute and track project work plans with a focus on timely completion & risk mitigation

- Identify resources and assign responsibilities

- Plan, allocate, manage, track and report on all project aspects on a regular basis

- Create, distribute, revise and keep all project documents up-to-date

- Facilitate team and customer meetings effectively; Take & distribute minutes

- Deliver engaging, informative and well-organized presentations, as needed

- Establish and manage effective internal/external communication plans
