Transformation Partner (Pharmaceuticals sector candidate will be preferred)

Detailed responsibilities/tasks:

1. Partner in execution of business transformation project(s) in-hand in the pharma space, in client facing situations. This will be the most critical component of the role and imply strong ownership of deliverables.

2. Structure complex business problem/issues into manageable components along with Transformation Leader

3. Facilitate hiring additional team members

4. Own responsibility for building up the cultural elements for the start-up: Young & innovative, Accelerated Learning & Mentoring and above all a FUN environment

5. Lead business development activities - publications, PR, social media and appropriate forums

Education: Graduation (BTech, BSc, Commerce) from top universities (IIT/NIT/IIIT/DCE/PEC/Thapar/Stephens/SRCC/Others) with academic distinctions (top 20% of batch)

Experience: 1-4 years work experience (consulting/Sales & Marketing Operations/BD will be prefered).

Type of role: Permanent; at least 1 year commitment required

Location: Majority work based out of client location in Delhi (60%) and PerformEdge office in Gurgaon (20%) with some domestic travel as required (20%)

Compensation: INR 3 lacs upto INR 5 lacs per annum CTC fixed plus bonus variable on top (upto 50% of fixed) depending on client business impact

Start Date: Position to be filled up by March, 2014`

Skills:

- Very strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to break complex problems into simpler issues

- Creation and implementation of market analysis; marketing strategy and marketing plans

- Market development &expansion

- Channel management, new product launch &management

- High creativity (examples of impactful solutions implemented in a resource constraint environment required)

- Impact orientation - willingness to manage team and work with tight deadlines, not necessarily through long working hours and create business impact

- Excellent communication skills - oral and written (drafting, presentations)

- Solid command over basic analytical tools such as Excel

- Self starter, hands-on approach and high motivation, with minimal supervision required

- Strong business acumen and judgment

- Willingness and desire to work in an unstructured environment (of a start-up)
