Summary of position :

- We need an Entrepreneurial Go-Getter to own and drive Sales, Marketing, and Growth for PerformEdge .

- To personally target and gain specific new business in the geographical area South East Asia. Management of and accountability for all bids within scope. Specifically targeting smaller highly profitable contracts where no/or limited success previously.

Detailed responsibilities/tasks:

- To establish PerformEdge as a strong brand and market leader for imparting high quality turnaround management consulting projects

- To cold call as appropriate within your geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

- Targeting and gaining new business and to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business, within a wide geographical area

- To ensure efficient and effective operating standards for sales administration, planning and reporting systems

- Database Development of Target audience (CXO, Partners) etc

- Online and Social Media Marketing, B2B Meetings with Key Stakeholders

- New Client Acquisition , Contact development

- Solution and Proposal Development

- Contracting

- Existing Client Relationship Management

- Account Plan Development and Management

- Competition Profiling, Market Research

Education : MBA from Premier B-School with academic distinction (top 20% of batch)

Experience :

- 2-3 years relevant work experience (consulting/Sales & Marketing Operations/BD).

- Candidates with experience in South East Asia would be preferred.

Skills:

- Very strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Creation and implementation of market analysis; marketing strategy and marketing plans

- Market development &expansion

- Partner management, new product launch &management

- Excellent communication skills - oral and written (drafting, presentations)

- Self starter, hands-on approach and high motivation, with minimal supervision required

- Strong business acumen and judgment

- Willingness and desire to work in an unstructured environment (of a start-up)
