Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver course material in accordance with the predetermined curriculum, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Course Material Enhancement: Continuously update and refine course materials to incorporate the latest developments in the performance marketing field, ensuring students receive the most relevant and up-to-date education.
- Outreach and Prospecting: Actively engage in pitching the digital marketing curriculum, with a focus on performance marketing, to potential students in various colleges across Mumbai, emphasizing career opportunities after course completion.
- Innovative Teaching Methods: Innovate and refine teaching methods and strategies based on past classroom experiences to enhance the learning experience for students, particularly in the context of performance marketing.
- Self-Development: Stay updated and well-versed in all digital marketing domains offered by IIDE, including Social Media Marketing, AdWords, SEO, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, ORM, and Website Development, with a special emphasis on performance marketing.
- Customization: Adapt course materials and teaching approaches to meet the needs of both individuals and groups, tailoring instruction to their existing knowledge levels, especially in the context of performance marketing.
Other Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Industry Insights: Stay vigilant in tracking industry case studies, trends, and best practices in performance marketing to provide relevant references and examples in class.
- Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor student progress and provide recommendations to the reporting manager for any necessary interventions to bridge learning gaps, particularly in the context of performance marketing.
- Assessment Creation: Develop and evaluate multiple-choice questions (MCQs), pre-tests, and post-tests to assess the impact of the courses delivered and student comprehension, with a focus on performance marketing concepts.
- Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of classroom training sessions conducted and create new educational resources as needed, with a special emphasis on performance marketing materials.
- Classroom Optimization: Take proactive steps to ensure that the campus/classroom is well-equipped and conducive to an optimal learning environment, including setting up IT equipment and ensuring students receive necessary assessments for performance marketing modules.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing, preferably gained in an educational institute, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver course material confidently during sessions ranging from 2 to 4 hours, particularly in the context of performance marketing.
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication.
- Punctuality and discipline to ensure all training sessions start and end on time while maintaining quality content delivery.
- Patience and sensitivity towards trainees, recognizing their varying abilities to grasp new concepts, especially in the context of performance marketing.
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to mutual learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for teaching and the Digital Marketing field, with a specific interest in performance marketing.
