COE Performance and Rewards (Manufacturing)_ IIM/SCMHRD /TISS/XISS/XIBM
Key Responsibilities:
- Align policies and practices for employee benefits with organizational needs. Articulate and maintain company HR policies in line with the market requirements.
- Support the remuneration committee to arrive at informed decision making in business critical total rewards areas.
- Own and implement performance management process to enhance and motivate employees to perform and a higher capacity. Identify and implement a HRMS to facilitate employee performance discussion and capture discussions to facilitate manager ; employee discussions.
- Support senior leaders in communicating key goals and objectives to their staff and developing performance goals. Train and empower line managers to have constructive performance discussions to improve performance at work
- Design and align salary levels and structures through a comprehensive job evaluation exercise and act as a custodian for the salary structures and compensation framework within the organization
- Manage the annual performance management and compensation revision exercise through the HR Business Partners and Business Heads.
- Support the CHRO with all required analytics and data pertaining to Performance & Rewards
- Design and release offer letters for all GM's & above
- Encourage HR activities with a global mindset while being aware of local culture sensitivities.
- Engage with business leaders to clarify business strategy and co-develop key goals and objective for senior leaders.
- Guide senior leaders to communicate organization-wide performance and any changes to the rewards philosophy.
- Guide senior leaders to express performance evaluation ratings to their staff.
- Participate and inculcate the annual salary and benefits surveys and benchmarking exercises in the manufacturing domain to keep Shahi competitive in the market as a talent attractor.
- Review benefits, including health and wellness programmes.
- Review data and predict the effects of business activity on HR practices.
- Secure stakeholders' commitment in support of benefits policy, including health and wellness programmes.
- Translate compensation management policy and strategy into salary grid, grade structures, and compensation programmes.
- Work with senior stakeholders to deliberate cases where the compensation management deviates from policies and processes and present cases for approval to CHRO
Person Specification:
- MBA/ PGDM in HR from an institute of repute with 5 to 12 yrs. of experience
- Min. 3 yrs in depth exposure in Total Rewards domain in manufacturing or ancillary industry. Product or consumer industry also welcome
- Should have at least one cycle of HRMS implementation experience (end to end HR E-suite)
- Should have working knowledge of handling performance management process from a corporate perspective
- Exposure to HR Transformation will be a great advantage
