Performance, Rewards & OE Advisory (Comp& Ben) for a Human Capital Consulting Client
Shall be responsible for:
- Leading the client engagement from start to finish i.e translating client needs into analysis and design recommendations across salary structures, total rewards strategies, equity guidelines, career progression guidelines.
- Assist in new business/firm development activities.
- Deliver Medium & Large sized projects in the area of Compensation Consulting (compensation structure design, variable pay, job evaluation, incentive review, Salary structure design), performance, organization design and organization effectiveness.
- Serve as intermediary between Partners, junior staff resources (Associate-Consultant) and Client.
- Interface and co-deliver presentations to client.
- Assist in overseeing key areas of firm research.
