We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist for one of the leading D2C Brands in Mumbai.

Our Client is a 100% Vegan, Proudly Indian D2C brand in bags, wallets and accessories. We are building an iconic global consumer brand from India. We aim to achieve this by making great products and building the best consumer brand team in India. The founding team has 15 years of experience across startups, large companies and are alumni of IIT & IIM.

What is the role ?

As a Growth Marketer, you will help in accelerating the growth of the company. You will be responsible for driving sales on our own website.

You will directly report to the founder.

Job Description -

- Drive online purchases by leveraging all paid channels of acquisition such as Facebook, Google ads, while ensuring a healthy RoAS.

- Execute experiments on campaign targeting, landing page experience, special offers and messaging, to improve overall conversion rates

- Work on other organic channels, such as SEO and email marketing

- Provide insights and analytical reports to monitor overall efforts

- Build strategies, prepare budgets and execute campaigns in a timely manner.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can grow with us and make us one of the biggest global brands from India.

An ideal candidate would be someone with the following:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in paid performance marketing

- Deep experience in the hands-on running of multiple paid campaigns across Facebook, Google and on Marketplaces

- Good familiarity with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console

- Should have an analytical bent of mind

- Any prior experience with a D2C brand is an added plus. Similarly, any experience with a fashion and/or lifestyle brand is a plus.
