- Enable monthly and daily paid media planning and delivery across channels (globally)
- Develop and execute end to end marketing strategies for respective channels- Google Ads, Facebook, Tik Tok, Programmatic via test & learns.
- Exceed aggressive consumer traffic, AOV, and ROI goals for the performance marketing.
- Execute, optimize, and expand programs for all performance marketing channels to maximize the profitability of the performance marketing spend.
- Lead big events and commercial calendar planning for performance marketing channels
- Own channel- specific funnel consumer journey and conversion analysis and implement insights to deliver conversion growth
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs across areas of responsibility.
- Work cross-functionally across brand marketing, creative, product management, and development teams.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and outside-in thinking on best and evolving practices
- Lead a team of 3-4 media buying associates/data analysts and manage performance marketing budgets in excess of $10 million per year
