About the role:
- We're looking for a performance marketing expert who will drive strategy, execution, optimization, reporting & analytics across multiple online channels.
- Someone who's passionate about performance marketing and wants to push the boundaries of what's possible with Search, Display, Social, Native, Programmatic and Affiliate platforms!
- As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the overall business performance.
- Your role will be to drive conversions to an optimal cost per acquisition. A keen eye for detail and data analysis are a winning trait for this role.
Core Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the overall performance marketing strategy, including but not limited to campaign conceptualization, research, account structuring, creative execution, conversion funnel optimization & reporting.
- You will manage execution across channels, generate learnings by designing testing strategies to optimize audiences, bid strategies, and creatives.
- You contribute to further growth of our performance marketing team in terms of expertise and personnel, as well as foster growth of junior team members.
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across digital channels and assets
- You influence the success of our campaign offering by staying on top of recent developments in Ad tech.
