- Create Monthly media plans taking into consideration the internal revenue targets and budgets to project an achievable ROAS and Revenue
- Communicate with internal stake holders on project development, timelines and results
- Lead and manage the budget and billing process
- Regular Audits, processes to enable timely changes & management of a team of performance marketing associates to align execution abilities with respect to the overall goal
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for Campaign Structuring, Targeting, Creative, Betas and other facets of paid search
- Enable reporting for all major metrics, goal and revenue tracking and other paid search initiatives
- Setting up advertising initiatives for new channels and liasing with the marketing teams from those marketplaces or channels to drive best ROI on those channels
- Interview and hire advertising staff as needed
- Contact advertising agencies to negotiate contracts
- Overlooking the campaign execution team end-to-end and liaise between the media buying team and other key internal stakeholders of the brand (product, operations, category growth etc)
