Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all performance marketing campaigns - Google (SEM, Display and Discovery, YT), Facebook and Programmatic. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Facebook and Google Ads and related tools
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment by optimizing cost per purchase. The successful candidate should have proven expertise in and managing campaigns on Google and Facebook for D2C brands in India
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Analyse and report the performance of the campaigns on a daily/weekly/monthly level
- Manage landing pages and optimize on site user experience
- Experience with SEO and traffic generation will be a plus
Educational/ Experience requirements :
- Proficient in using Google and Facebook tools required to run ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of data and reporting for daily performance of channels
- Understanding the levers required to optimize ad campaigns
- Good understanding of how to design and optimize Landing pages to optimize KPIs
- A self-starter and getting things done mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C brands targeting Indian audiences
