Job Description:

As a Performance Marketer, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, responsible for creating and executing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth across various channels.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Devise comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative development.

- Data Analysis and Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize data insights to optimize campaigns, adjust bidding strategies, and fine-tune audience targeting for maximum ROAS.

- Multi-Channel Management: Oversee performance marketing initiatives across various platforms, including Google Ads, display, Facebook, Instagram, DV360 etc. Ensure consistent brand messaging and optimal ad placements.

- Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of competitor activities and industry trends. Use competitive insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

- Budget Management: Manage allocated marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum results. Monitor spending, adjust budgets as needed, and provide regular budget performance reports.

- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand team, designers, and developers, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Generate regular performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of various advertising platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager etc).

- 4+ Years of relevant biddable platform experience.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

- Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.

- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in the D2C/Ecommerce/Omni-channel space
