Performance Marketing Role
Key responsibilities:
- Plan & execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, 3rd party networks, etc.
- Take ownership of online campaigns and revenue.
- Understanding of the ecosystem - Attribution, Tracking, and tuning various End-to-End Funnel Metrics & Real-Time ROI measurements right from Traffic Metrics to conversion funnels.
- Running experiments on paid digital channels to find incremental value of digital marketing across user and customer cohorts.
- Designing experiments to improve the overall contribution of digital marketing towards business in a profitable manner.
- Coordinate with the internal product, tech teams for timely execution of various digital marketing tasks and initiatives.
- Monitor and keep track of essential funnels and events in Marketing setup.
- Responsible for campaign management - planning, monitoring, optimization & reporting.
Who will Qualify:
- 1+ years of relevant experience especially in Google Ads. Experience with e-commerce businesses will be an advantage.
- Highly data-oriented approach towards planning and problem- solving.
- Self-motivated and willing to work in a startup environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data
- Knowledge of Marketing analytics, Attribution, and Planning tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Appsflyer etc.)
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels Google ads, Facebook Ads, etc. in managing the marketing budget at scale along with the business objectives & KPIs like ROAS, CPI, CAC, LTV, etc.
- Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
