Performance Marketing
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who has worked in a D2C industry before for at least 4-6 years in a performance marketing role and has managed paid-marketing campaign budgets of at-least 20 L per month.
As an Online Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive ecommerce advertising strategies to drive performance and achieve ROAS goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize various digital channels and tactics to optimize online campaigns and enhance customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and independently manage digital acquisition activities that drive online sales for an ecommerce apparel brand. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
2. Create a Growth Plan for the business based on the agreed objectives and targets.
3. Drive website traffic and acquire users on a Daily / Monthly basis (Performance Marketing).
Developing & executing online strategy/designing campaigns for the brand and product line.
4. Planning and executing the complete communication strategy for such campaigns with the help of designers, content writers, etc. Manage integration with third-party tools such as Shopify, Google merchant centre, Google analytics, etc. in order to achieve acquisition objectives.
5. Achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns by collecting and analysing data and identifying trends and insights.
6. Optimize the landing pages of paid search engine and social marketing campaigns.
7. Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
8. Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum level.
9. Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
10. Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in performance marketing role for at least 4-6 years, preferably for an ecommerce/D2C apparel brand.
- Facebook Ads and Google Ads experience of running E-commerce campaigns, must be a team player.
- Strong capability to think creatively, work on high converting ads and ideate designs for more clicks and conversions with brand team.
- Knowledge of Advertising & driving online sales, ROAS, and various strategies to improve quality of traffic and conversions.
- Has strong creative and strategic bent of mind with solid communication skills.
- Additional knowledge of Google Ads, Landing Page Builders, Google Analytics, Email Marketing or CRM would be an advantage.
- Preferred Tools Knowledge: Creative Designing (like Canva), Ad analysis tools, landing page tools, Email Marketing tools, Google Data Studio.
