Performance Marketer
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing: Develop, execute, and manage lead acquisition campaigns for the Airblack inside-sales team. Efficiently plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and other digital media.
- Campaign Optimization: Perform daily account management, monitor campaign performance, and adjust bids to enhance efficiency. Continuously optimize performance across ad channels through testing and tuning of ads, keywords, and bid strategies.
- Analytics & Instrumentation: Contribute to the analytics function by performing in-depth data analyses and setting up technical instrumentation to scale operations.
- Experimentation & User Insights: Deliver continuous user insights and experimentations across new and scale-up revenue initiatives.
- Go-To-Market Operations: Manage end-to-end operations on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including leads CRM and revenue optimization.
- Creative Strategy: Ideate and produce high-quality video and static ad properties, user communications, and landing pages to enhance acquisition advertising.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Growth, Design, Brand, Tech, Product, and Inside- sales teams to drive revenue and profitability goals.
- Key Ownership: Own key metrics such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lead Conversion %, and Revenue.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in digital performance marketing with high-growth startups in D2C or consumer brands.
- Campaign Management: Experience ideating, analyzing, and running various types of creative campaigns.
- Audience Targeting: Understanding of custom audiences and lookalike audiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a tier-1 college. A master's degree is an added advantage.
- Budget Management: Experience managing ad spend upwards of 10 Lakhs per month.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL is a bonus. Ability to generate creative ideas at scale and work effectively with creative and engineering teams.
- Initiatives: Experience in driving rapid experimentation initiatives and standardized operational initiatives.
