About the role - This position will serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all the Performance Campaigns (i.e. UAC, META, OEMs, Affiliates etc). The most valuable traits we are looking for in this role are:

Ownership- You will be the sole owner for digital and performance metrics and will be expected to demonstrate an owner's mind-set

Creativity - You will need to think laterally and deeply to come up with solutions that create marketing benchmarks

Frugality - Low cost/effort - high impact orientation

Velocity - You will be expected to deliver results in a fast paced, operationally intensive, and rapidly changing environment

What you will do in this role:

- Architect the paid acquisition strategy for Azent Overseas

- Continuously focus on improving ROI for the performance campaigns by identifying the right channels to acquire quality audiences

- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking metrics, analysing data, identifying emergent trends, researching competitive activity & presenting insights.

- ROI based sales driven campaign to increase revenue.

What you should have:

- Minimum 7+ years of overall experience.

- Ability to work with tech teams to onboard cutting-edge tools that drive efficiency and scale

- Deep appreciation for communications and the value it brings to the performance of digital campaigns

- Managed the digital marketing budget with a focus on optimizing campaign performance and achieving efficient cost per acquisition.
