Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with category and D2C business team for developing strong RoI driven digital media campaigns with defined objectives for CAC, AOV, CTR, CPC, ROI, in sync with the aligned sale targets.
- Working with a partner media agency for Channel mix and budget planning in line with predefined KPIs and right course-correction.
- End to end coordination with partner media agencies for successful deployment of campaigns.
- Understand the Full Funnel conversion for D2C business and work across performance marketing levers of Google Display Network, AdWords, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and new age digital platforms.
- Understanding of TG, Cohorts and sharper audience targeting with A/B testing of campaigns.
- Work with stakeholders across category teams to plan budgets and maximize revenue on D2C, thereby defining short term and long-term growth trajectory.
- Coordinate with the creative & brand marketing team within company for development of marketing assets & build the right content targeting framework across customer cohorts to maximize conversion on D2C and enhance overall customer journey.
- Data first and analytics-based approach to decision making- Working closely with GA partner agency and inhouse IT team for tracking in Google Analytics, setting up Tracking events, integration of tags & FB pixels, development of UTMs for campaign management
- Examine consumer digital search data from agencies like google & gather insights to develop the content & marketing campaigns in accordance with customer requirement.
- Improve funnels by proactively looking out for digital partner integrations and affiliates.
- Devise & run an overarching acquisition strategy- Understanding of remarketing and retargeting along with loyalty and CRM building activities & campaigns
- Managing D2C leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth, maintaining our lead databases and tracking lead sources.
- Coordinate with the call center/customer experience team for lead qualification, disposition, audit and deliverables on their KRAs for lead qualification rate
- Know-how of media tools like Comscore, GA4, Similarweb etc.
- Working out detailed reporting along with insights for all campaigns
Additional Support from MARCOM with respect to Digital Media campaigns
- Asset development and adapts requests as per campaign ask
- Landing Page and website content management as per campaign ask (except integration of campaign specific tags and codes)
- Content and copies request as per search campaigns requirement.
- Website refresh like banner update or new product launch or any offer etc.
Additional IT Support & Responsibility - Regular check on the functioning of Website & overall maintenance so that campaigns can be run without any obstacle.
Additional digital activities to be taken care by MARCOM
- Social Media Management
- Influencer Campaigns
- SEO
- D2C website updates and content, UI/UX management - Overall website management as an asset along with regular QC of updates done
