Job Overview:
- We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with deep expertise in large scale marketing campaigns to lead our digital marketing efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversion rates, and managing large-scale app marketing campaigns.
- You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that leads are effectively converted, driving both user acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead and manage marketing campaigns across search engines, display advertising, and other digital platforms to drive user acquisition.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize advanced data analysis to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics, ensuring the highest possible ROI.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate a significant marketing budget to maximize reach and impact while maintaining cost-efficiency.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion, providing insights and support to optimize the sales funnel.
- Audience Targeting: Identify and refine target audiences to ensure campaigns reach the right demographics, focusing on mass-market penetration.
- A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to optimize creative, messaging, landing pages, and other key elements of the customer journey.
- App Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute app-specific performance marketing strategies across digital channels, including app stores, social media, and mobile platforms, to drive app installs and user engagement.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Growth Initiatives: Identify new growth opportunities and channels, staying ahead of digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on app marketing in a high-growth consumer tech, edtech, or DTC environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, app store optimization, analytics tools), with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion rate optimization, and app marketing.
- Analytical Mindset: Extremely strong in math and data analysis, with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed growth targets in previous roles.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to develop creative solutions and think outside the box to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with sales teams to optimize lead conversion and drive business outcomes.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
