- The Performance Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts - Google SEM and FB.
- He/She focuses on setting up, managing, and optimizing ads for the right target audiences and retarget them across verticals, such as SEM, display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, content discovery platforms, etc.
Scope of responsibility
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing plan
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Work with data and implement best measurement frameworks, mine deeper insights and run A/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via SEM, FB and other paid media
- SEM - Source and implement the most effective keywords, measure keyword performance and optimize campaigns based on them.
- Continuously Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critica metrics
- Allocate budgets - analyse and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of performance marketing in a highly competitive industry - preferably in the technology 2 human/lifestyle space.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving is a must for this role
- Knowledge of best practices around effective messaging, funnel optimization, deliverability, customer segmentation, reporting, analysis, and testing strategies.
- Experience working in primary PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Amazon etc).
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as SFMC, HubSpot, Zapier, or similar.
- Creativity and an eye for design.
- Native-level English, both spoken and written (essential).
- Willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Analytics capabilities with Google Analytics (GA4/Tag manager)
- An MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1 college.
