As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ideation, execution, and reporting of all paid digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign strategies, define rigorous A/B test, and drive execution
- Identify new opportunities and channels for digital advertising
- Constantly measure and report campaign performance, Acquire insights on campaigns & best practices in online marketing and keep strategies up to date
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content & product) and agencies to ensure flawless execution of daily workflow
Requirements:
1. At least 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with strong Analytical Skills; hands on experience with SEM, Social Media Marketing- especially Facebook and Google - as a channel.
2. Affiliate marketing experience is mandatory
3. Have scaled up qualified leads through Facebook, Google and other potential social media platforms and optimized marketing spends
4. Mandatory understanding of A/B testing, marketing analytics tools, and platforms like Facebook Business Manager & AdWords
5. Strong communication skills
6.Effective external agency management skills are desirable.
