Performance Marketing Manager/ Growth Hacker

Do you enjoy building businesses from scratch? Does the excitement of an early stage startup get you going? Are you comfortable working on Performance Marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, Amazon and ad network platforms? And imagining other ways of generating business?

Our client's compan, founded by IIM alumni, with strong track record in building companies, are looking for a well-rounded performance marketer, who can fuel this exciting company's growth.

What are we looking for?

1. 2-3 years of cross-platform growth & performance marketing execution capability

2. A strong strategic ability to build business focused growth roadmap, leveraging the support of agencies that are at disposal.

3. A clear demonstration of contribution to early stage growth startups, not just in numbers, but also as a team player. Should have spent at least 1.5 years in one early stage startup, helping it grow

4. Demonstrated ability to self-start projects, and equally importantly, ensure clean - closing- of projects with learnings captured and implemented

- Premier institutes such as IITs and IIMs preferred in terms of educational background. Performance in taboo categories like lingerie, fantasy gaming, sexual or reproductive health will be an added advantage. A strong drive to perform and willingness to stretch are the traits that will be evaluated. This is a fulltime work from home role. Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate.

Shortlisted candidates will be given a 4-5 days project, basis which there will be two rounds of discussions.
