Preferably post graduation degree and experience in e commerce/ Ad Tech or Ed Tech companies
- Relevant experience in performance campaigns (lead generation)
- Proficient with media buys on AdWords
- Strong numerical orientation and proficiency in advertising metrics
- Creative thinker who can prepare creative ad buying strategies
- Data Driven Strong analytical skills and data driven approach to decision making
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage large no of campaigns
- Experience of managing US spends preferred
- Research and leverage industry trends and competitive analysis to inform performance marketing strategies
- Ability to pitch findings and ideas to stakeholders
- Juggle between multiple projects, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
