We have an opportunity for Performance marketing Manager for fast growing online jewelery start up based out of Bangalore. It creates and sells precious jewellery through its online portal to meet the modern requirements of the new Indian woman. The company combines technology and fast changing weekly fashion trends to deliver exclusive jewellery to its customers. It has received a seed funding of $5 million (about Rs. 33 crore)
Experience 4-7 Yrs (MBA Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Manage Google AdWords search and display campaigns
- Strategize, conceptualize, implement, optimize and analyze Google Search and display campaigns for Melorra.
- Prepare daily campaign reports and analysis
- Share findings and optimise accordingly.
- Should be hands on with portfolio based optimisation approach as used by tools like AMO, Kenshoo, Marine etc.
- Good communication skills in verbal and written form.
- Passion for numbers and strong understanding of data analytics to generate reports and insights.
- Ability to demonstrate strong people skills to form meaningful relationships with tech, product and merchandising.
- Experience working with external agencies for performance marketing.
Technical Skills
- Prior experience in mobile and desktop advertising and strong understanding of the differences between the two.
- Deep understanding of, Google AdWords, Product Ads, Feeds, Merchant central, dynamic remarketing through Google.
- Experience in the E-commerce industry is a must.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in working on Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Omniture etc.
