Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager - Digital Marketing - Mumbai

- Strategy + Execution of campaigns-

Job Responsibilities -

- Lead Performance Marketing campaigns and manage end-to-end delivery with detailed media planning.

- Planning and managing campaigns across search, display, social, email and programmatic platforms.

- In-depth understanding of Google Ads and all Social Media Ad networks.

- Create digital media plans as per client's campaign requirements and business objectives.

- Experience with Programmatic Ads, DV360 is a plus.

- Optimizing campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.

- Ensuring successful campaigns by managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPIs.

- Track, report and analyse website analytics and paid campaigns

- Must be able to create thorough reports using both Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint with detailed learning and analysis.

Key Skills:

Mandatory:

- Be well-versed with latest paid media tech and advertising strategies.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising landscape

- Have strong analytical skills and experience in analysing and generating performance reports

- Familiarity with A/B and multi-variate experiments

- Working knowledge if HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints

- Be Highly self-motivated and analytical

- Be Pro-active and enjoy taking initiative

- Be a Multi-tasker
