Performance Marketing Manager - B2C Product - IIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/BITS/FMS

What will you do?

1. Work on performance marketing - Facebook, Google, YouTube & others to discover ROI positive & scalable channels.

2. Experiment with different ideas to crack Facebook & Google to make ads ROI positive and then scale up the to ads

3. Coordinate with different teams as & when required. For example - coordinate with the design team to get the necessary creatives

4. Create a framework to track and measure the improvements

5. Create MIS and keep the stakeholders informed

6. Build & mentor a team of young professionals, if need arises
